Shipping

Our products are posted to you in a home compostable postage satchels or reclaimed boxes. We use a compostable clear packing tape and our tissue paper and stickers are from noissue, printed with soy based inks. We are committed to our environmental practices in all aspects of our business. 

 

We offer free shipping Australia wide for all orders above a total of $75! 

**COVID AND POSTAGE DELAYS**
We pack and ship your order as quickly as we can and usually the transit time will range from 3-10 business days, depending on your location in Australia. However, at the moment this is in the hands of fate and the couriers. 
 
We will ship to remote locations for no extra charge!
 
For orders under $75, we charge a flat rate for shipping of $9.95.
All prices in AUD.
 
Most orders are shipped via Australia Post or the most cost effective and fastest courier we can book for your location.
 
Please note, orders will be left in as secure a location as possible at your residence, if no one is home. Consider delivering to a work address if you are unlikely to be home. We will not be held responsible for missing orders if left in an unsecure location. 

 
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES 
 
We are an Australian owned and operated company, and unfortunately do not ship internationally as standard practice. But, if you are interested in something just email us and we will see if we can ship to you. 
 

Returns and exchanges - 90 days

We are confident in our products and confident you will love all of your purchases with us. However, we understand sometimes things don't work out, and you may need or wish to return an item.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with an item, you may return it within 90 days of purchase for a full refund.

For change of mind returns we ask that all item in the condition they were sent, and in original packaging. You may be required to pay for return shipping costs and use a shipping service with tracking such as Australia Post to return the goods.

Once the item is received, please allow a few days for your refund to be processed.

If there is a fault or issue with any of our products then you will of course get a full refund. Just add an image of the fault in the email.
