Shipping

Our products are posted to you in a home compostable postage satchels or reclaimed boxes. We use a compostable clear packing tape. Our tissue paper and stickers are from noissue, printed with soy based inks. We are committed to our environmental practices in all aspects of our business. 

We offer free shipping Australia wide for all orders above a total of $75! 

For orders under $75, we charge a flat rate for shipping of $9.95.

We pack and ship your order as quickly as we can. Normally, the transit time will range from 3-10 business days, depending on your location in Australia. 

Most orders are shipped via Australia Post or the most cost effective and fastest courier we can book for your location.

Please note that orders will be left in as secure a location as possible at your residence if no one is available to receive the delivery. Consider delivering to a work address if you are unlikely to be home. We will not be held responsible for missing orders.

Shipping to remote locations available at no extra charge.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES 

Unfortunately, at this point, we do not ship internationally as standard practice. However, feel free to reach out to us by email if you are interested in collaborating with us. We are always happy to find a way to cater to your needs, local and international. 

Returns and Exchanges - 90 days

We are confident in the quality of our products and are certain you will enjoy all of your purchases with us. However, we understand that oftentimes things don't work out and you may need or wish to return an item.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with an item, you may return it within 90 days of purchase for a full refund.

To start the process of returns and refunds, please email us at info@thekeeper.earth.

For change of mind returns, we ask that all items are in the condition they were sent in, also in the original packaging. You may be required to pay for return shipping costs and use a shipping service with tracking such as Australia Post to return the goods. Once the item is received, please allow a few days for your full refund to be processed.

For faulty items returns, you have the choice of getting a full refund or another item being sent to you. Please attach an image of the faulty item in the email.
